Luckily my guy DIDN'T break up with me when I left a book of his out on the coffee table and the dog decided it would be incredibly tasty. Not having learned my lesson, I left another borrowed book on a low shelf and the dog chewed that TOO! In both cases, my guy and my friend forgave me. Of course, I knew it was a reader sin and replaced both but have yet to stop apologizing!
