Looking for a useful notetaking or writing app for the iPad?

I've been reviewing iPad apps that could be useful to writers on iPadGirl recently. Unfortunately Posterous doesn't have a good archiving index system, so I'm compiling a list of notetaking and writing iPad apps for writers on a separate page, with links to my reviews.

I'm looking for the same thing for my new Motorola Droid (Android) pocket-computer-that-also-makes-phone-calls. Something to pair up with a wireless bluetooth keyboard. I'd settle for something with the functionality of Windows Notepad (unlimited text entry and basic find & replace functionality) that I could later upload to my word processor once I was back home again. Can you include Android apps in your list for those of us who abhor Apple and/or AT&T?

Sorry, D.B., but I'm only reviewing Apple iPad apps (I don't use Android apps). I'm sure there are Android users out there who are compiling similar app lists, though.
