Simon & Schuster children's and YA books affected by the B&N/S&S Dispute

I recently tweeted an offer to help Simon & Schuster Children's author & illustrators who were affected by the B&N / S&S dispute. Why? Because:
(1) Simon & Schuster is my publisher and I'm grateful to Justin Chanda and S&S Children's for giving me my first children's book contract a few years ago.
(2) My heart goes out to those whose newly-launched books are being affected by the dispute. I was especially moved by this Stephanie Burgis post.
*****Please note that asking to be included in this list does not mean these authors and/or illustrators are taking sides in the dispute. This is all about mutual support and on helping to get the word about these books out there.
If you are an author or illustrator whose newly launched books were affected, feel free to fill out the survey, too. Priority is given to S&S Children's books that have launched since the dispute began and are currently not available or in very limited quantity in B&N stores. I will make occasional exceptions, depending on number of requests and how much time I have. e.g. I've included some Gallery Books (a Simon & Schuster imprint though not under Simon & Schuster Children's) teen titles.
If you have enjoyed any of the following books or are fans of these authors and/or illustrators, I strongly encourage you to do what you can to help promote them. Whether a tweet, a review, a blog post...every little bit helps. Give good karma, and good karma will eventually come back to you.
