Wordcount Challenge Check-In: 250, 500, 1000 words a day

Haven't heard of the Inkygirl Wordcount Challenge? The goal of this challenge is to help provide goal-oriented inspiration, with flexibility to avoid giving up in frustration. Please click on any of the buttons above for more info.

So how did you all do this past week? And what are your current writing goals?

Good luck with your writing, all!

Reader Comments (2)

I have been off track for a long time but this week I wrote at least 4 days that I recall (this all happened very naturally not challenge induced) and over 3000 words which blows my 250 word for 5 day challenge out of the water.

I also spend a lot of time editting yesterday so I'm feeling quite productive (not on the same story mind you...)

Now that both my own wedding and my way-too-close-to-mine brother's wedding is over with, and I just got back from my honeymoon, I feel I can take up the Words A Day Challenge again.
Starting today, my goal is to write a thousand words a day.
So far, so good. I've written almost 4k. I had a lot stored up from all those weeks of not writing.

Good luck everyone with your writing goals!
